"King Edward Private Residences"

This iconic early 20th Century Hotel at King and Yonge has been partially converted into modern Luxury Condo units. 

The Hotel, designed by legendary architect E.J. Lennox, opened in 1903.  It was expanded in 1921 with the addition of an 18-story tower and the prestigious Crystal Ballroom on the top floor. 

 

In 2013 there was a major renovation and the creation of the Condominium. 

 

Only a few floors of the King Edward Hotel building are dedicated as Private Residences.
